I have just completed Week 1 of the Unravelling course I told you about in this post about Continuing the Transformation. On it there are video blogs, weekly photo assignments, writing exercises and group connecting.
This week the photo assignments was feet. Yes, FEET. To some, not the most pleasant of topics. There are 116 participants and we all posted up to six (6) photos. I found it interesting the number of bare feet; sock covered feet; shoes and boots. The angles, the colours used, techniques and the perspectives were fascinating.
Here were the six I submitted onto the Flickr site:
One thing about my kids is that it's pretty easy to get foot shots - they're always running around the house with naked feet! Makes me cold and I'm forever worrying about splinters with the reclaimed barn board floors, but they seem not to notice.
This week there were also a couple of writing assignments for which I've purchased a beautiful red Moleskine journal. The prompts have been very accessible and encouraging. Very personal. Still not sure if I'm going to share, but you never know!
Stay tuned.
