Ordinary Sparkling Moments

I visit a number of brilliant and creative blogs during the course of my week. I enjoy the inspiration and ideas found. There are so many incredibly talented photographers, crafters, wordsmiths here on the world wide web! It is both intimidating and exhilarating.

I see one book recommended regularly on the blogs and websites I enjoy most: "Ordinary Sparkling Moments" by Christine Mason Miller.

I don't know why I've hesitated ordering it. But now it is here in the house!

I knew when I read the card that arrived with the book that I had made a good choice.

Be bold in the dreams you dream for yourself.

Wow. For those of you who know me well, you know I've been struggling to find a dream. All of my dreams - growing up dreams - have been realized. I was not bold in my dreams. My dreams included simple things like having a sense of belonging, having a family, an endless supply of books, but nothing too specific - more of a feeling and a sense of what I wanted.

It is now time for me to be bold and dream a big dream. Something specific.

Love them, love them, love them. If you have to pay duty and taxes I'd rather pay it quick than have to wait for the privilege!

    Oh my, a feast for the eyes, your fingers get itchy just walking in the front door, so much stuff to behold. Located in Waxahatchie, Texas it's a bit far, good thing they have a website and decent shipping!
