hello out. to me, the best part of this story was the reaction of my children. they all, collectively, wanted to know why this story was a "big deal". i am happy they are being raised to believe it is not. everyone is equal in their eyes.
hello sochi. i remember the days when my country did not win any medals. so very proud of how they have shown up this year. some incredibly wonderful stories!
hello kingston. claire came home (a bit early) for her justin timberlake concert. one problem. she forgot that she was also leaving for the bahamas and left her passport at school. frantic trip to kingston and back. just in time for the flight!
hello novel. i attended my very first writers workshop last weekend. so much is swirling around in my head right now! (self) permission to write complete fantasty is what i crave. time to just do it.
hello crunch time. the all school musical is next week. chloé is on crutches. cole is (clearly) anxious. lots of stress accompanies a big production!
hello b-school. over the last couple of years i've heard much about marie forleo's b-school. it is remarkably tempting. if anyone has any insight, please share!
hello endless winter. i am one of those people happy for a white christmas - really a slight dusting. it is freaking cold here in mid-february and the snow that arrived in mid-december is still here, just way down below the snow on top. enough already! thinking of a green christmas next year!
hello enneagram. interesting. i've learned i'm a 8w7 which makes so much sense. so totally who i am and, worts and all, i'm okay with it.
hello quiet. even with the sun rising earlier and setting later, i've found that i'm happy to find more time in my day. time for quiet and reflection. here. now.
hello monday. you are my most favourite day of the week. i love that you provide me with 52 fresh starts every year.
what are you saying hello to on this brand new monday?
head on over to lisa's blog and link up in the comments.
