52 LISTS | Week Three | List the things you should be proud of
I show up. For me. For my kids. For my friends. For my family. Every day.
I started a practice of meditation and movement in September. I am still going twice a week. This is so good for me!
I faced my past and moved on.
I foster a home filled with communication, tolerance and love. Some days are better than others, but I wouldn't trade one day, even a bad one.
I am leaning into resistance - and fear - and saying "yes" to many scare-the-crap-out-of-my-introvert-self opportunities.
I gave myself permission to feel again.
I embraced a bit of "woo hoo" and am now a proud owner of many oracle card sets and a pendulum, or two ;)
I have opened my heart and my home to people I have come to trust and enjoy in my life. Connection is a wonderful thing.
I listen more.
I am building a positive life in alignment with my values and beliefs.
I have set boundaries. I recognize situations that do not serve me and extricate myself as quickly as possible. I am not interested in hurting the feelings of anyone, but I am no longer making others happy at my expense.
I reserve judgment while looking for the best in everyone and every situation.
I have released the need for perfection in exchange for excellence.
Self-doubt is no longer my default.
I have (finally) realized that I am worthy of acceptance and love.
