I had joined up with 52 Lists at Moorea Seal a couple of weeks ago and continue to write the lists, though have forgotten to post here on the blog once I started :) Mind you, my last Tuesday post was all about lists anyway - just not these prompt lists!
52 LISTS | Week Seven | LIST THE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL HEALTHY Mind, Body & Soul
- Cold, filtered water with lemon slices
- My fitbit – and the captured stats on my computer
- Music that makes me want to move
- Walking around the campus of Appleby College – up through the forest, along the lake, over the field – gorgeous, full of change of scenery and change of pace
- Cool and sunny days with a hint of a breeze
- My new tennis racquet
- Bowls of fresh fruit – raspberries are my favourite
- The initial sensation of my head plunging underwater for my first length of the pool
- Taking my thyroid medication every morning
- Every time I visit my naturopath – and get my B12 shot
- Shopping the perimeter of the grocery store
- Open and happily learning new things
- Embracing my newfound ability to be calm and thoughtful in times of high stress and imbalance
- Taking deep breaths – I am finally learning to exhale
- Keeping my lists manageable – celebrating the “ta-da’s” more than the “to-do’s”
- Each month that passes that I do not have a cigarette – I’m up to month 154
- Joining the tennis “ladder” at my kids’ school
- Getting out of the house and meeting new people – and even better, getting out of the house to spend time with my established friends
- Purging clutter
- Hugs
- Trips to places with sunshine to show my kids
- Knowing my limits
- Sore, aching muscles at the end of a workout: tennis, strenuous walk, or bike ride
- Reservations made & trip to Canyon Ranch in Tucson, AZ!
