My 4 Simple Goals, February 2013:
- SPRING BREAK PLANS. I can't believe how fast it's coming up. Our plans are 80% finished. It's time to get some paperwork completed, some information submitted and some excursions booked. The kids are jazzed, and so am I!
- iPOD/iTUNES. I find it all pretty complicated. I have to figure out a way to combine all of the libraries from all of the computers and then put it on my iPod. Too many computers. Too many accounts. Too confusing!
- SCHOOL REGISTRATION. Its hard to believe another year is coming up. For a while I kept adding kids, this will be my first where I'm taking one away. Only three are returning with Claire heading off to University. Eek! (Still deciding the particulars of that new adventure.)
- PHOTO DISPLAY. The photos have been cropped, edited and sent off to Persnickety Prints, now it's time to get the frames and map out the spaces for hanging. This is one project that won't sit around half done!
REWARD*: I have found this winter has taken it's toll on me more than others - far fewer sunny days, I find. As a reward I'd like to get myself a happy potted plant: gerbera daisy, tulips or peace lily would be nice.
*I recognize that meeting the goals is reward in itself. This is a reward beyond that - a small tangible token.
What about you? Do you have a few activity-oriented goals you'd like to meet? If so and you participate, let me know! I'd love to see what you have planned!
In August 2010, Elsie Flannigan posted a simple and doable challenge. I've been doing it ever since!
