I have always enjoyed popular music. That being said, it never occurred to me that at this age and stage I would enjoy the same music as my kids. It kind of surprised me, when Claire put on the Alt Nation station on our XM satelite system in the truck, that I recognized and enjoyed most of what is being played.
I tell you, it makes for some pretty pleasant road trips sharing similar musical tastes with my kids!
