a day late ...
Last August, Elsie Flannigan posted a simple and doable challenge.
My 4 Simple Goals, September edition, includes:
- PAINTING. Every room in the new house is in various stages of "done". By the end of the month I want to have all of the painting completed. Not one speck that needs to be painted will be waiting on paint.
- CAMERA PLAY. For my birthday I bought a new lens for my camera. (Well, my sister got it for me in the States and I'm waiting on it's arrival.) I want to make the time through the month to play with it and learn how to make it do what I need it to do before the big World Wide Photo Walk on October 1st!
- MAP OUT. And organize the calendar, lists and other household logistics of Autumn, through to Christmas. All of the kids have their studies which is the top priority followed by work (paid and volunteer) and activities (choir and hockey). All of this has to be figured out and put in a way that it is manageable - with as much consistency as possible.
- PRINT. I've been meaning to send them in, but I have to organize and send in my Cape Cod album pages to Green Pixel Printing.
REWARD: I fell in love a particular ring, ever since I saw it on Pinterest, a while back. It represents to me my new sense of being untied, free, loose ... ready for whatever comes next. So, if I am able to accomplish my list, I'll order my ring.
What about you? Do you have a few activity oriented goals you'd like to meet? If so and you participate, let me know! I'd love to see what you have planned.
