I have to tell you, early retirement is over-rated.
Over a year ago when we lost the baseball business to a combination of the economic downturn and a greedy landlord, my husband Louis has spent much time here at home, with me. He has thrown himself into various ventures and volunteer opportunities, so he's been busy, in the evenings and on weekends. But, during the day he is here.
With me.
All the time.
All day long.
The first job opportunity, one I was very nervous about, fell through. Thank goodness!
Another job opportunity, the timing was not right.
And now, embracing his entrepreneurial nature, he has decided to see what he can do in an area he loves: logistics. Warehousing and transportation is his area of expertise. So, in an effort to show my support, I made up some very simple business cards:
and he's off to explore the market.
So, if you have anything that needs to go from Point A to Point B and warehoused somewhere in between, you know the guy to call :)
Fingers crossed his entrepreneurial exploration turns into something great!
