I have to say it's not easy to get it together after a couple of weeks out of our regular routine. Not only that, but for some reason adjusting to Daylight Savings Time, even while the kids were on holiday, was difficult. I think I'm only just getting it together.
Caden started back at school yesterday. It was the very first time he's ever started anything without Chloe to help him get organized and ease him into his routine. I suppose he should get used to it since next year he'll be on his own ... every day!
Chloe and Claire returned from their grand Florida adventure with very little drama flying together from Fort Lauderdale to Toronto as "unaccompanied minors". I'm sure we still haven't heard all of stories or seen all of the photos! They had such a great time. They look great! It is so nice to have my chickies home again. They, along with Cole, start back to school today. Cole may have the most adjustment. I don't know what he'll do when he sees salad and healthy food waiting for him when he hits the dining hall at lunch! Not only that but he has a hockey game tonight - fingers crossed it is the last one of the season! - the Tri-County championship may be determined tonight.
Today, for me, is one of those "I'm so embarrassed" days as the cleaning ladies are going to put everything back in order! Well, they will after I do it first :) I think I'll hide in the basement and get all of the laundry done and desk work finished!
