It’s going to bed at night thinking, Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am worthy of love and belonging."
~ Brené Brown

This week the inspirational Brené Brown is challenging all of us to participate in the celebration of her new DVD release: The Hustle for Worthiness.
Like she states in her blog post this week we are riddled with worthy "prerequisites". We will be worthy when ...
Forget that! I've moved beyond all of those prerequisites. Those self-sabotaging thoughts of "when" and "if" that keep you from being your authentic self.
How am I worthy?
1. I live my truth
2. I have come to terms with my past, onward
3. I own my own story and live it fully
4. I have love to give and love to receive
5. I embrace all that life has to give: the good and the bad, there are lessons in all of it
6. I am open and accepting
7. I am authentic, flawed, vulnerable and kind
8. I am enough
YOU are worthy, too.
What is keeping you from feeling worthy? How do you know you are worthy? Head over to Ordinary Courage and post a link to your entry. You could win a copy of Dr. Brown's DVD, but better yet, you can give voice to your wholehearted living! It may be a first step, or simply your way of letting us all know just how wonderful and worthy you are, every day.

I don't often combine a meme with a challenge, or something that has inspired me to participate as I'm a genuine uni-tasker :) but today the opportunity presented itself and it just seemed to work!
Rachelle, aka Magpie Girl, started *8 Things to quiet her "monkey mind"
and I embrace it for much the same reason: therapy! If you're looking
for a place to keep your lists, you might want to consider *8 Things.
