I am happily immersed in other things:
- Yesterday, I woke incredibly early to get Caden to his 6AM practice and Cole fed, organized and ready to attend his at 8:15AM. Claire enjoyed her nice sleep-in since she did not have to time keep.
- I spent most of Saturday supervising the under-12 crowd at Oakville Children's Choir rehearsal and performance - many pics to be posted later! Claire, bless her, babysat one of my friend's autistic boys so that she could enjoy the performances. He's a good boy, just exhausting. I'm glad we were able to make Judy's day a little lighter, if only for a little while.
- Last evening was enjoyed as I was completely immersed in reading The Happiness Project - Janet: close your eyes - writing in the margins and everything. I'm entranced! You MUST get yourself a copy! Yes, now, go now!
- Up early again today and took Caden to his 8AM hockey game this morning. He played very well but the team lost a tough game 3-2.
- Much computer work was done when I returned and now every bookmark is filed and tagged properly. Tons of good stuff. Plenty to do, and share. Photos were cleaned up and now my laptop is 5,000 photos lighter (and that was less than a year's worth!) AND all recent digi downloads are also sorted, tagged and filed.
- Right now I'm watching the Olympic hockey pre-game show. Fingers crossed for a Canadian win. Regardless of the outcome, it will be a great game. We will miss the ending as Cole has to be at the rink for 5:15 so I'm hoping Caden will update me while I'm away from the television.
Ooh, only a couple more minutes. I must run and dry my hair before it starts. Have a GREAT evening!
